We do not conduct background checks or verify every user’s identity. Please exercise caution when interacting with others both online and offline. You are solely responsible for your communications and decisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

4. Location & Match Functionality

Amouraa may use your device’s location to suggest nearby profiles. You can manage this through your device settings.

• Disabling location access may affect app performance.
• Users may attempt to infer your exact location based on distance data, so do not share your exact whereabouts unless you’re comfortable.
• Our location services are designed to foster local connections, not for emergency tracking or critical safety use.

5. Premium Services & Payments

• Some features on Amouraa may be available through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases (“Premium Services”).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with platform policies (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store).
• Amouraa is not responsible for transaction issues made through third-party payment providers.
• Please review all payment terms on your app store provider before subscribing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Amouraa — including designs, logos, text, and features — belongs to Amouraa or its licensors. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission;
• Use Amouraa for reverse-engineering, scraping, or data mining.

Your profile content remains yours, but by posting on Amouraa, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform as needed.

7. Service Modifications and Availability

We may update, improve, or modify the Amouraa Services at any time — including adding or removing features. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the service without liability to users.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Delays, disruptions, or errors in the Services;
